Our class became scientists this week. We tested different types of paper to see which one is the most absorbent. We learned that if we need to clean up a spill, a napkin would be the best choice, and tissue paper would be the least helpful!
We also made our own chocolate ice cream. This helped us to learn that if we mix salt in with water, it needs a lower temperature to freeze than if the water was to freeze on its own. It also showed us the way in which we can mix different materials to make a new product. We all made sure to have a taste of the ice cream and it was delicious!
