We had some very exciting visitors to Scoil Maelruain yesterday when Michael Darragh MacAuley and Eamonn Fennell from the Dublin Senior Football team dropped in with the Sam Maguire cup! They gave us lots of tips and answered loads of our questions about the All Ireland Final and G.A.A. Check out all our pictures with the cup!
In December we held our annual Christmas Concerts. There was huge variety from plays and poems, to Irish dancing and the choir singing pop songs and carols. The Nativity was performed by Ms Flood’s class, Ms Carty’s did a Haka ‘as Gaeilge’ and we had a beautiful chime bar piece from Ms Biesty’s music club.
